Brookwood has been designed by the world-renowned Architect Hugh Petter of Adam Architecture and built to the most exacting standards by luxury developer Fairmile Homes.

Location
Widely regarded as the most expensive village in the UK, Oxshott is home to the Crown Estate.

According to the latest study by Lloyds Bank (2016) which analysed the most expensive streets in the UK outside of London, three of the top 10 most exclusive and expensive streets outside of London are in the main island of the Crown Estate.

Residents of the Crown Estate include some of the UK's leading entrepreneurs, some of the most successful workers in the square mile, several high-profile sports people and foreign individuals who see it as a safe haven for wealth.

The Crown Estate is seen as the area of choice for these UHNW individuals due to its high levels of privacy, security, exclusivity and access to the City and London's airports.

The Crown Estate is just under 15 mins drive from the ultra-exclusive members only Golf & Country Club, Beaverbrook and within 10 minutes drive from some of the best private schools in the UK.

Lucian Cook of Savills described the soaring house prices in the prime home counties as a "halo effect":

"The figures show the extent to which the prime towns and super suburbs in a halo around London have become wealth magnets, often developing their own micro-markets," he said.

"In these locations, domestic wealth, increasingly supported by overseas money, is chasing a limited pool of housing stock. The laws of supply and demand have driven strong price growth."
